Shipping

All orders are shipped from California. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the item(s) purchased and the distance to the delivery address.

Please note that many pieces are handcrafted to order. Production times may vary depending on the complexity of the design and will be noted on the product listing when applicable.

Once an order has been shipped and a tracking number has been provided, Helm is not responsible for delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or damage caused during transit. Any shipping-related claims must be made directly with the shipping carrier.

Custom Orders

All custom-made pieces include one complimentary revision to ensure the final piece aligns with the agreed-upon design. Any additional revisions may incur additional fees.

Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with sending items back for revisions or adjustments.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade and custom nature of our work, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun. Please review all measurements, sizing information, and order details carefully before purchasing.
